Mozzarella Experience Tour in Vico Equense

Discover a typical cheese factory in Vico Equense that personifies a cheese-making tradition that began in the early 1900s. Here, ancient techniques handed down are intertwined with modern processing steps, creating a perfect synergy between past and present.
In the unique experience offered by the Caseificio you will visit, you will be involved in an exciting lesson, where the "Mani in Pasta" become the heart of the experience.

With the assistance of a Master Cheesemaker, participants will have the opportunity to create their own cheeses, followed by a delicious tasting of cheese specialities accompanied by local wines. The Experience is an authentic celebration of tradition, passion and flavour, offering an unforgettable journey into the heart of cheese production in Vico Equense.

The Experience is divided into 3 phases:
 - Visit to the dairy with explanation of the production processes
 - Demonstration of Mozzarella spinning with a show by the Master Cheese Maker + "Mani in Pasta" (guests will make their own braids, morsels and much more)
 - Tasting with :

• Antipasto del Casaro (all cheeses from the dairy)
• Ricotta dessert (accompanied by freshly churned butter and jam)
• Water and wine included
